Revisiting shake for possible edits due to recent downtrend in score:

- Moved base bombs + wall setup in toward flag by 1 tile, reduced map width by 1 each side. more fixes for bad boost routes

- Added some 45's around pup to open up more routes + moved pup over by a tile closer to 45 tile

- moved the 45 & wall tiles below red flag/above blue flag up/down a tile to improve routes
